Responsibilities:
Attend telephone calls
Assist the Sales team in follow ups, presentations & writing proposals
Doing Assessments, AQs & Mastery Test
Liaison with vendors
Handle Office Admin work
Handle ticketing & logistics for the team
Communicate with Consutlants/ trainers
Maintain accurate customer information files,
Meet & exceed revenue & profit targets.
Write correspondence to customers as needed.
Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, training managers and coaches.
Deliver measured customer service.
Input data in an accurate and timely manner.
Models an effective blend of business and human skills and behaviors.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
2-4 years related customer service experience.
Excellent telephone communication skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Computer literate: Microsoft Office familiarity required.
Demonstrated problem solving/decision making skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritized and follow-up on commitments and take initiative to resolve issues.
Ability to recognize additional customer needs and recommend solutions.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, time pressures.
Must enjoy working in proactive service environment.
Ability to be comfortable with and actively involved in high rate of change.

This position is also a central focal point for all persons involved in the delivery of a single or group of private seminars. It will secure training resources and ensure that all commitments are delivered. Serves as a focal point for clients, the sales force, seminar leaders and others to effectively deliver world-class customer service to all customers.

Responsibilities
Effectively receive and input orders
Communicate with external and internal customers regarding: Material require ments, Invoicing requirements, contract information, terms, delivery, pricing and product questions, status questions, issues, suggestions, scheduling and logistics.
Plan and implement all logistics for private & public seminar sessions.
Accurately enter orders, CAF's and invoices using PC and other standard proce dures.
Communicate with trainers and negotiate when scheduling conflicts occur.
Maintain accurate customer information files, database of all seminars and timely response records.
Write correspondence to customers as needed.
Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, training managers and coaches.
