This role will be charged to develop strong client and internal customer relationships. It possesses and applies a broad knowledge of Customer Service techniques and performs work that is broad and may cross-fields.
This role requires independent decision making and the willingness to take ownership of all daily tasks and responsibilities. This position is also a central focal point for all persons involved in the delivery of a single or group of private seminars. It will secure training resources and ensure that all commitments are delivered. Serves as a focal point for clients, the sales force, seminar leaders and others to effectively deliver world-class customer service to all customers.
