The Training Performance Consultant provides support and serves as a resource to the sales team as needed and assigned on a per diem basis. The Training Performance Consultant will facilitate AchieveGlobal programs, serve as subject matter expert for new product and custom development, partner with sales team members in strategic selling opportunities, model the knowledge, skills and behaviors consistent with our training programs and stay current with changes in existing areas of expertise and seek to expand program and training knowledge.

Responsibilities:
The Training Performance Consultant Will:

1. Training:
Be fully responsible for ensuring an optimum learning experience for each participant.
Professionally facilitate AchieveGlobal training programs to a wide variety of organizations across levels in India and Internationally, according to set standards.
Demonstrate mastery of program content.
Demonstrate mastery of adult learning principles.
Recognize development opportunities and effectively coach performance during training seminars.
Act as a strong and credible ambassador for AG Training.
Participate in the development, designing and implementation of new programs and projects as desired.
Responsibility of quality control for training, especially in unique and non- traditional interventions.
   
2. Customer Interaction:

Identify and deliver desired outcomes in every customer interaction.
Build and maintain positive relationships with external and internal customers.
Coordinate internal and external resources to meet business needs of customers and AchieveGlobal.
   
3. Corporate Citizenship:

Communicate and model AchieveGlobal mission, vision, values, and Training Services strategy.
Consult and use feedback from throughout the customer’s organization to continuously improve their goal of improving productivity and staying ahead of the competitors.
Demonstrate a commitment to the training team by complying with all policies and proce dures.
   
4. Business Enhancement:

Actively seek knowledge of our industry, our competitors and their products, and appropriately share that knowledge within AchieveGlobal.
Recognize and appropriately communicate unmet needs that surface in customer interactions.
   
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Required
3-5 years training experience in a business environment is required!
Experience delivering one or more AchieveGlobal training products is strongly preferred
People-management experience, 2 years is preferred
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, "standing" for classroom delivery, as required for travel/training
